TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR TO REFUND 4-S RANCH TAXPAYERS ON BOND SURPLUS

San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector Dan McAllister announced today that his office will be mailing out 441 bond surplus refund checks to 4-S Ranch taxpayers this week. The refunds represent surplus balances in the bond reserve fund for the 4-S Ranch area.

San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector Dan McAllister announced today that 224 Tax Defaulted Properties are scheduled to be sold at the 2012 Property Tax Sale Auction on Friday, February 24, 2012, at the San Diego Convention Center (111 West Harbor Drive, Room 6A) in downtown San Diego. The property auction will be held in an effort to collect $3,422,469.00 in unpaid property taxes, including penalties and fees.
