Keeping the Dream Alive
The HOME Workshop is a community service program presented by the Housing Opportunities Collaborative (HOC) in collaboration with San Diego County Library. The workshops will provide an overview of the home buying process and how to access individual guidance and/or counseling services free of charge.

- How to prepare for homeownership
- How to prequalify
- Managing your money
- Understanding credit
- Identifying your home buying team
- Down payment and closing costs assistance
- Services offered by HUD-approved housing counseling agencies
