Covered California health specialists from La Maestra Community Health Center will be here to answer any questions you have about the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) and enrolling in Covered California.
January 4 • 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. • El Cajon Library
Covered California and Family Health Centers of San Diego, Inc. will be at the library to help you enroll to get affordable health insurance. You can get help comparing plans and enrolling in the one for you. Se habla español.
Covered California is the health insurance marketplace in California, providing millions of middle class Californians and uninsured workers with high-quality, affordable health insurance. These presentations are aimed at answering any questions that might arise from the implementation of this new program. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, is the most significant overhaul to the country’s healthcare system in decades. The new law is designed to increase the quality and affordability of health insurance and lower the number of uninsured by expanding public and private insurance coverage.
