The Epidemiology Program provides information to assist practitioners in the identification and reporting of communicable diseases and conditions. The information provided includes Q & A sheets for clinicians, infection control recommendations, specimen submission guidelines and forms and epidemiologic tools for gathering risk histories on selected diseases / conditions.
