County of San Diego's Watershed Protection Ordinance and Standards Manual (Revised March, 2008)
The California Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), San Diego Region Order No. R9-2007-0001, issued January 24, 2007, (Permit) mandates that the County of San Diego as one of the Copermittees submit new and updated Urban Runoff Management Programs (URMPs) to the SDRWQCB on January 24, 2008, and implement these programs started January 25, 2008. To facilitate the implementation of new programs required by the Permit, the County was required to amend its Watershed Protection Ordinance (WPO) and Grading Ordinance (GO) to comply with RWQCB Order No. R9-2007-001.
