SEC. 56.222. MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No person shall use, occupy or store any trailer coach in the unincorporated territory of the County except as provided in this Chapter; provided, however, that this Chapter shall not apply to use, occupancy or storage of trailer coaches in any incidental camping area, mobilehome park, recreational trailer park or camping area, temporary trailer park or travel trailer park subject to Part 2.1 (commencing with Section 18200) of Division 13 of the Health and Safety Code (the Mobilehome Park Act) or in any labor camp subject to Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 2610), Part 9, Division 2 of the Labor Code or in any supervised public park, public campground or picnic ground owned, operated and maintained by the Federal government, the State of California or any agency or political subdivision of the State.
SECTION 56.203 states that the provisions of this chapter shall not authorize the use, occupancy or storage of a trailer coach contrary to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
