Click on the Alpha List - Permit Types link above and you will be able to access links to forms and the Fee Summary Sheet that will give specific information regarding fees for that permit.
The other two lists above provide links to zoning forms and info handouts that are to be used when submitting applications for discretionary permits to the Department of Planning and Land Use. These forms are updated periodically and the latest revision is available via this web site. The revision date can be found next to the form number on each form.
All of the forms are available for download and/or printing, after which you can fill them in by hand.
Also, many of the forms can be filled out on your computer. These forms have the following notation under their link (with Interactive Form Fields) . Please note: you will NOT be able to download these forms or save a copy of them on your computer. Print the copies you will need after using the Interactive Form Fields.
Most of the forms listed are Adobe Acrobat PDF documents and require the Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing. The Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/acrobat.
