The Site Assessment and Mitigation Program is located at the County Operations Center at 5500 Overland Avenue, Suite 110, San Diego, CA 92123.

Starting January 1, 2014, SAM will no longer require the submittal of paper documents, unless directed on a case-by-case basis.
