The Department of Environmental Health (DEH) currently operates from three centrally located offices in Kearny Mesa and one north county office in San Marcos.
In early 2011 we consolidated offices into the new County Operations Center (COC) located in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego.
Each of the following locations provide a different combination of services, so please contact us in advance to make sure the office near you offers the DEH services you seek.

Central - Kearny Mesa offices:
North County: 151 E. Carmel Street, San Marcos, CA 92078*
Counter services are available 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
* San Marcos office locations close at 4:00 pm

Closed Offices: We no longer offer services at 1255 Imperial Avenue (Downtown San Diego), at Hazard Way (Kearny Mesa) and at the City Civic Center in El Cajon. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are happy to serve you at our other office locations as above listed.
